Cookie notice
What we store in your browser. It is a short list, and there is nothing to consent to.
Last updated 21 October 2026. Apex Enterprise HRM. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because there is nothing on this site or in the product that needs consent. We run no advertising, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. Everything below is either strictly necessary to sign you in or a preference your own browser keeps for your convenience.
Strictly necessary
| Name | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
apex-enterprise-hrm-session | Keeps you signed in and ties your requests to your session. | 120 minutes of inactivity |
XSRF-TOKEN | Proves a form submission came from a page we served, which is what stops a hostile site acting as you. | Same as the session |
signet_chat | Set only when you start a live chat, so the conversation is still there on your next page. | 7 days |
The session also remembers, for as long as it lasts, the page you arrived on, the site that linked you here and any campaign tags in that link. A demo request or a live chat you start carries them, so we know which page or advert helped — nothing is sent anywhere else.
Your choice of market
| Name | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
market | Remembers the country whose prices you chose to see, if you changed it. | 30 days |
Preferences kept in your browser
The product remembers small interface choices — a collapsed sidebar, a chosen tab, an unsent draft — in your browser's local storage. These never leave your device, are not readable by us, and clearing your site data resets them with no other effect.
What we do not do
- No advertising or re-marketing cookies.
- No analytics, heatmaps or session recording.
- No social media embeds that set cookies.
- No fonts, scripts or stylesheets loaded from a content delivery network — they are served from the same origin as the page, so no third party sees your IP address.
Blocking them
You can block cookies for this domain in your browser. The public site will work; signing in will not, because there is no way to maintain a session without the session cookie.
Something unclear?
These pages are meant to be read, not survived. If a clause is ambiguous, ask and we will answer in writing — and fix the wording if you were right.
